Duties and Responsibilities Analyse the Request for Quotation ( RFQ ).
Procure rates both international and domestic both air and sea and internal negotiations.
Maintain updated rates at any given time.
Organize and standard the tender documentation.
Checking the market conditions.
Identify the outliners.
Regularly analyze data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND / WORK EXPERIENCES
Graduate of any 4yr course preferably Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration
Work as Customer Service Representative related to Forwarding and Shipping line and Airlines
Excellent in English language (both oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal communication with the ability to adapt to and work within a team environment.
Superior attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Ability to prioritize work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years experience in people/service oriented job preferably on the Logistics Business.
- Able to work flexible hours when required.
Proficient typing and PC skills required.
