Job Purpose
To identify, pursue, and develop potential markets, partners, and channels of distribution for Motorcycle Retail products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Grows and develops the assigned Motorcycle portfolio/segment.
- Achieves annual sales targets for the portfolio/segment (by sales amount and/or number of accounts).
- Creates business plans and strategies to capture markets and develop distribution channels.
- Conducts competitive intelligence and shares relevant insights with the Accounts Acquisition & Servicing Head.
Accounts Acquisition:
- Identifies and develops new markets, partners, and distribution channels for Motorcycle products within assigned segments.
- Collaborates with Trade & Digital Marketing to create strategies for promoting products through both offline and online channels.
- Prepares and presents proposals to potential partners, negotiating terms as needed.
- Secures agreements and approvals from partners to close deals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree course preferably business administration or management.
- Min. of 3 years in Motor Insurance/Non-Life Insurance/Sales preferred
- Min. of 3 years in accounts acquisition/pursuing new account
- Min. of 3 years of sales fieldwork
- Background in Marketing is preferred.
