Assist in managing INLAND accounts for long-term success.- Establishing good rapport and business relationship with clients.
Developing sales opportunities by expanding business with existing clients.
- Handles Request for quotations. Analyze bids and tender requirement of clients and prepares quotation for send out to clients
Preparing reports on accounts and transactions.- Tracking account targets.
Monitoring sales of INLAND in-house accounts and/or assigned by immediate superior
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness and properly endorsed to operations
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Must be graduate of any 4year Course Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, Logistics Courses, Customs administration preferred
Should have 2-4 years experience gained from Logistics and Freight Forwarding company
Basic understanding on Customs Clearance Procedures preferred but not required
Proficient in MS Office Application Power Point, Excel, Word
Has ability to solve problems and participate in complex Bids and Tender activated
