Our company is looking for an Account Officer (Real Estate) to join our team.
Provide customers with cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner, and;
- Perform field works to attend to all property concerns,
Provide also back-office support to clients,- Prepare all other reports including expenses intended to the after sale transactions;
Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction and good results,
- Responsible for all client concerns,
Provide property and services information and resolve any emerging problems,- Responsible for closing sales, after sales, and leasing transactions
Responsible for the timely resolution of after sales transactions
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, and;
- Can handle pressure able and to attend client effectively;
Creative, resourceful and results oriented,- Proactive, Problem-solver
Possesses good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, flexible and reliable,
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any related field;
With high level of integrity and keen to details;- With excellent communication skills both oral and written to assist customers;
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills,
- Willing to do field work;
* With strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,
- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
