Job Description- Responsible achieving sales target (Weekly, Monthly, Annually)
Generate Qualified Loan Consultant/Agent Leads through cold calling, area mapping/saturation, referral, and listings- Conduct Sales Calls and presentations/Orientations
Drives effort and initiates Loan Consultant Generation Activities
- Generate sales growth by studying the existing output and behavior of Loan Consultants
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed- Report recruitment and sales performance to Sales & Marketing Head /Relationship Manager
Filing of loan application and encoding sales data in the system for proper monitoring
- Checking the compliance of loan release documents
Strategize sales approach to effectively bring in new clients- Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers.
Generate Sales Leads (loan application)
- Recruit more new Loan Consultants/Agent and retain more active Agents
Increase engagement of Agents (frequent communication)
Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.- With proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing or a similar position in the Sales Department.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
- Create strategies, set up sales plans, create engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional content.
