BanKo is in need of
Account Officer who will be responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of the branch, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, compliance, and security and safety. He/she will also be responsible for attaining branch goals through active participation in sales management, management reporting, and providing leadership, training, and supervision of branch staff.
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong financial analysis skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
