In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth by supporting new clients that join the Buildit platform.
Be the key point of contact for all customer-related concerns and inquiries. You will be the face of BuildIt to customers.
- Respond to customer canvas inquiries from various messaging and communication channels, including but not limited to, Facebook Messenger and Viber.
Help customers find the best construction materials by sourcing and supporting our canvassing operations- Encode and prepare all the necessary documentation for each transaction.
Provide customer support throughout the customer ordering journey.
Ideally 1 - 2 years of experience working with account management, procurement, sourcing and supply chain. Fresh graduates with strong track record of leadership and academic performance are also welcome to apply.
- A proven track record of exceeding goals and building strong stakeholder relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Deep understanding of the construction industry and its supply chain challenges a plus
A self-motivated and results-oriented work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in spreadsheet applications, particularly Excel and/or Google Sheets.- Willing to work in a hybrid setup. (3 days onsite)
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
- Willing to work in Quezon City.
Willing to travel, depending on the requirements.
