Job DescriptionAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for Acquisition, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the clients and our organization, understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to meet customer needs.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand clients business objectives and challenges to position our solutions effectively.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop account plans and strategies to drive new sales and revenue growth.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.- Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities.
Project Coordination:- Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure client expectations are met.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and performance.
Experience in Sales for a minimum of 2-3 years
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or any related field.
Proven experience as an Account Manager Systems Integration, or IT services company.- Strong understanding of technology solutions and systems integration processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record of accomplishment of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
