Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of online (ESL) teachers.
Observe lessons, give feedback, and coach teachers to improve.
Manage teacher schedules and handle disciplinary actions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with Lesson Support, Training and Recruitment to enhance student experience.
Monitor and report on teacher performance.
Manage and analyze data related to booked lessons, utility rates, and lesson quality.
Prepare regular reports for clients and senior management.
Become the liaison for partners and teachers.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience leading a team of online ESL teachers, as mentor, trainer, team leader or supervisor.
Skilled in lesson observation, feedback, and coaching.
Knowledge of online lesson delivery metrics
Strong data analysis and report preparation skills.
Strong presentation skills
Experience in disciplinary actions.
Excellent at building relationships
Experience in customer service (international clients a plus)
Strong organizational skills and thorough
Proactive and critical thinker
