Job briefWe are looking for an Account Manager to help us identify and service our clientele. You will play a crucial role in creating and fostering relationships with Property Developers in Central Visayas.
This position has a hybrid work arrangement. Physical appearance will be required for client meetings.
Responsibilities- Identifying property developers that are part of the target market of the product;
- Delivering presentations to property developers;
- Chasing property developers to complete their documentary requirements;
- Visiting Property Developers offices to build rapport and hasten the submission of documentary requirements;
- Communications with Property Developers and Lender partners;
- Securing additional requirements from Property Developers as requested by partner Lenders;
- Assisting partner Lenders during the preparation of post-approval documents and loan disbursement (as may be required by partner Lenders);
- Securing the Property Developers loan pipeline for the month/quarter/year;
- Ensuring that Lenders are always informed of the status of pending submissions and repayments;
- Other tasks may be required from time to time.
Requirements and skills- At least 5 years experience as an Account Manager in a bank/non-bank financial institution
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Proficiency in English and Bisaya
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Ability to absorb new concepts quickly
- Self-motivated
