Account Manager (Web Development)

We are looking for the Account Manager for the no-code web development agency. As Account Manager you will work closely with the web development teams as well as with the project management team. We will train you on how to break down client requests into scoping documents so you may take care of our incoming leads. Effective and professional communication to the key stakeholders with the spirit of customer happiness is essential.

Responsibilities

communicate with the new customers (all our leads are warm);

define project scope, timeframe and budget;

measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

at least 1 year of proven track record in account management or sales within software development industry;

Fluent level of English (C2/C1).

Will be an asset

understanding of software development process;

familiarity with sales or project management software tools.
