Job Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing transaction banking activities in the areas of sales, implementation, and customer management. He or she superintends the acquisition, growth and protection of accounts ensuring overall customer satisfaction concerning transaction banking solutions (cash management and trade solutions).

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to provide transaction banking solutions within the assigned area and market coverage.
• Manage sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are moved through deal stages.
• Participate in business calls on target corporate clients, scope the business, offer appropriate products and solutions, and brief the latter on the benefits of transaction banking products.
• Provide corporate clients with first-level support for products and service queries.
• Work closely with Service Managers to assess technical requirements of the clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services sales, relationship or client management
• Experience in transaction banking sales an advantage
• Client-centric with excellent communication skills
• A self-starter and can hit the ground running
• Highly collaborative team player and a good problem solver
• Willing to travel to Bicol on a quarterly basis
