Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the wholesale, sporting goods, or school supplies industries.
Proven track record of managing large accounts and growing revenue in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of the wholesale sporting goods and school supplies markets, including key brands, products, and seasonal trends.
Knowledge of inventory management and distribution channels within the sporting and educational sectors.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and securing long-term contracts.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive business growth.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.- Self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and account management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the industry.
