Job Overview:
As an Account Manager in Dead Eye Designs , you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients within different industry. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, enhance client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth of all our product lines. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to identify opportunities for expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the industry/market.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.- Understand client goals, fashion trends, and market dynamics.
Sales and Revenue Growth:- Drive sales of clothing products through effective account management.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with clients on promotional strategies to boost sales.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, market demands, and abreast to trends activities.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities for product expansion.- Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends and client preferences.
Strategic Planning:- Develop account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, graphic artists including design and production, to align strategies with client needs.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Order Management:
- Oversee order processing and ensure timely and accurate delivery of clothing products.
Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to address any issues related to orders.- Maintain accurate records of client orders and specifications.
Contract Negotiation and Renewals:- Negotiate contract terms and conditions for new clients.
Monitor contract expiration dates and initiate renewal discussions.
- Work to retain clients and negotiate favorable terms for contract renewals.
Communication:
- Provide regular updates to clients on order status, product launches, and promotions.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and gather feedback.
Able to communicate effectively with the production manager and production team

Proven experience in account management, preferably within the clothing or fashion in shooting industry.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics, and client needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Sales-driven with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
