Job Description

The Opportunity:

To find, develop, and close new Digital Transformation business for RCG. RCG's Digital Transformation business is focused on both IT strategy and RCG's engineering offerings which include Data, Cloud, Quality Engineering, as well as Digital Strategy and Sustainment, Advanced Analytics AI, and Machine Learning.

Targeted prospects are Chief Digital Officer, Chief Data Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Information Officer

Individuals that will succeed at RCG are ones that have built contacts who have purchased from them multiple times on high visibility projects. The candidate must have a working knowledge of Digital Transformation, and how to position that within a customer business environment. They should be able to talk about business outcomes their solutions have brought to the customer.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience managing an Account P&L and growing it to at least 10% YoY including reporting and metric assessment for the account
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in an Account facing role or account leadership role in the IT professional services or management consulting firm
  • Demonstrated ability in account/engagement management in a consulting/IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry
  • Experience in having successfully responded to driven RFPs, proactive and reactive proposals to win and deliver services in Digital, Cloud and Data for customers
  • Experience running a P&L of $10 M dollars with success in growth and service diversification in a global delivery model
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent ability and skills to influence and communicate effectively with business collaborators up to the C-Suite and deliver thought leadership topics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A person who possesses a true passion for changing organizations for the better, and desires to do so within a goal driven, yet professional atmosphere filled with business professionals who all manifest a belief in partnership, innovation, and excellence
