Focus on growing turnover and increasing the size of clients customer base, while identifying and exploring new business opportunities.- Handle client requests, conduct research, perform detailed analysis, and justify recommended solutions. Translate business questions/problems into structured analyses and present recommended solutions.
Drive business development and achieve growth through sales pitches, presentations, and sales propositions, including upselling and cross-selling new solutions to existing clients.
- Act as the key interface between the client and all relevant divisions within the company for business-related projects and development. Coordinate and support clients in the operation of the Company's functionality and user experience, and assist in planning product, services, and feature rollouts.
Strategically develop client accounts with respect to Company products. Collaborate with Company accounts, compliance, project, and product teams to develop existing customer accounts, identifying product sales opportunities, product placement, and preferred supplier sales within customer accounts.- Advise and support new clients preparing for the launch of live services and content.
Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure continuous benchmarking and price comparisons.
- Organize, attend, and execute meetings and sales pitches at events and exhibitions tailored to the live B2B industry.
Represent the entire range of Company products; distribute and present information to customers about upcoming game releases and opportunities; establish and maintain effective key account relationships.- Act as an intermediary between internal departments and customers.
Serve as the escalation point for customer issues, driving resolution action; provide root-cause analysis, drive continuous improvement, and execute solutions. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis; ensure timely and successful delivery of Company solutions according to customers needs and objectives.
The Successful Candidate:

Presentable, willing to travel, and work outside of normal office hours as needed for the success of your account and project.- Previous experience in a similar position (i.e., Account Management).
iGaming background (B2B/B2C) is a MUST.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking is a plus.
