We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving product adoption and success. This role involves regular site visits and close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Serve as point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements and ensure the delivery and integration of our products align with their needs.
Conduct site visits to client locations to assess product performance, address issues, and gather feedback.- Prepare and present various sales and performance reports on a quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.
Monitor inventory status and coordinate reorders and audits.
- Ensure effective merchandising and product availability; Oversee promodiser performance and training.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell additional products or services, and achieve sales targets.- Assist in managing retail branches
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.- Experience in sales support, account management, or a related role.
Experience working with key accounts or in a client-facing role is preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client site visits and meetings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Competent in account management.
