ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Description:
- Operates as the point of contact for designated clients.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.- Identifies opportunities to grow business with current clients and possibly new ones
Implement strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand presence and sales on each platform.
- Ensure that all hosts are in compliance to the company's standards when performing their duties & makes sure to achieve KPIs / Goals
Always keep the sales script aligned with the sales strategies implemented by the account manager.- Lead the team to hit GMV targets by maintaining a high level of performance.
Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or any related field.
Proven experience as an E-commerce Account Manager or similar role.- Strong understanding of the e-commerce and digital sales strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and tools.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
