Being a member of the Relationship Management Team, the Account Manager acts as a Single Point of Contact, coordinating all DTCC Solutions activity within their assigned Accounts/Markets and is the point person for all client inquiries into DTCC. They are responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, as well as proactively achieving assigned Goals and Objectives of the enterprise strategic business agenda within their portfolio of assigned accounts. Furthermore, they actively work with senior management, client service representatives, product, operations, integration and marketing teams to ensure deliverability of the client community.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- High proficiency in English and Korean language, both written and verbal communication.
- Will lead all Business development activities within the relationship management function, and new Business opportunities.
- Builds and cultivates strong client relationships to expand DTCC Solutions product and service utilization.
- Leads all of DTCC's new businesses as it relates to client adoption; perform customer needs assessment as part of consultative sales process, monitor customer satisfaction with DTCC service, technology, operations and product development and raise issues as appropriate to ensure they are addressed.
- Identify new contract sales opportunities, establish benchmarks for improving customer satisfaction, and work collaboratively to address shortfalls, maintaining and growing existing revenue base, and converting opportunities into revenue.
- Handles and monitors accounts by collecting and distributing Client Intel and preparing Call Reports and other documents as needed to share client insights, opportunities or concerns with internal collaborators.
- Responsible for actively building and influencing key internal relationships with Product Management, Sales, Operations and Client Services to ensure an outstanding customer service is provided to clients.
- Act as a subject matter authority in the customer's business lines, goals, challenges and use position to increase the client experience by having the depth and breadth of knowledge about the Client and the products/services.

Talents Needed For Success:
- Consistent record of continuously identifying, exploring sales strategies and converting potential into revenue using a flexible, yet persistent approach to a consultative and solution sale
- Shown ability to conceptualize creative, vvaluablesolutions to address customer needs
- A strong background in leading the entire lifecycle of client relationships, pre and post-production
- Excellent relationship building skills, non-bureaucratic, self-motivated and guided in their actions by solid business instincts and judgment
- Work experience in the Financial Services (securities industry) is a big plus
- Teammate with the ability to react to clients needs effectively and efficiently
- Highly organized, persistent, flexible, profit-focused and goal orientated
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, persuasion and presentation skills in English and Korean (written, spoken, a natural public speaker)
