Position OverviewThe main responsibility of this role is to establish a strong connection between the Company and the Key Customer, aiming to secure business opportunities for the Company while ensuring the customer's success as their business partner. The role includes leading the internal team to meet customer requirements, analyzing their needs and challenges, and exploring new business opportunities to provide value to the customer.
Act as the front liner of customer interface, responsible for planning, establishing, maintaining, and promoting customer connections and relationships.
- Explore potential sales opportunities and establish relationships with key decision-making supporters to influence favorable decision-making in projects.
Understand customers business and network requirements, provide guidance, analyze their pain points and root causes, and influence their decision-making to improve customer satisfaction and foster a win-win partnership.- Obtain in-depth insights on the business, collect and analyze marketing data for the given industry, closely track industry trends, seize market opportunities, and plan high-level summits and exhibitions to enhance brand competitiveness.
Serve as the PD or core member of sales projects, taking the lead in project operations and helping achieve project objectives.
- Mobilize and organize internal resources of the Company to drive project implementation, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and enhance the Company's management and team capability.
Lead or participate in project negotiation, guide contract clause improvement, and oversee project transaction and operation activities, including dispute resolution.
Sales chief: lead efforts to conquer new markets and achieve sales growth.- Strategic expert: gain industry and market insights to guide strategic cooperation between the Company and Key Customers.
Business master: Establish business rules and ensure transaction quality to support customer business success.
- Project management expert: lead projects, optimize resource allocation, and drive project profitability and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Administration, with a strong interest in technical products.
- 5-10 years of experience in Account Management in the ICT industry, preferably in Carrier Business.
Fundamental knowledge of the ICT products and services- Good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused team player
Proficiency in English
