We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. Account Managers will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and identifying industry trends.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value of the company.
- Build strong relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior, and be quick to act on data results to keep campaigns effective.
- Maintain updated knowledge of both client and company products and services.
- Resolve and prevent issues arising from the day-to-day running of the account by improving processes.
- Identify industry trends relevant to accounts held and be assertive in applying such to campaigns if deemed advantageous.
- Strategize with the media and creative team in creating impactful campaigns for clients.
- Liaise with internal departments in creating reports on a regular basis as required by clients.
- Manage expectations between clients and internal departments, working on amicable timelines, and ensuring outputs are delivered as expected.
- Quality check provided outputs by internal departments prior to sending to clients, and provide feedback as necessary to ensure deliverables are on-brand and matches the account's KPIs.
- Work with Marketing Manager in achieving and forecasting team revenue.
- Organize all documents, assets, and other files as necessary for future reference.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, or related field.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to manage deadlines and liaise with different points of contact.
