ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of social media channels.
  • Creating brand awareness by developing engaging, creative, and innovative content for regular posting, which enlightens audiences and promotes brand-focused messages.
  • Creating Digital Marketing strategies in accordance to client goals and requirements.
  • Taking care of the different aspects of Digital Marketing from SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, E-mail Marketing etc.
  • Structuring behavioural aspects of potential customers.
  • Set and achieve account targets.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Regularly monitoring the competitor social media sites and creating analysis reports.
  • Tracking relevant social media influencers for various brands to enhance overall brand reputation and extend the reach through influencer channels.
  • Keep up to date with any social media trends.
  • Provide a social media performance report for the clients.
  • Train/assist the team members.
  • Planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic, engagement & leads.
  • Responding to any mentions over social media.
  • Creating and promoting company blogs.
  • Audits and analyses social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns.
  • Assist with the general day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
  • Assigning creatives and videos and coordinating with the creative team.
  • Coordination with other team members and departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with ad campaigns, product releases and other brand messages.
  • Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
  • Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.
  • Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet on our list.
  • Discussing and reporting the daily, pending and completed tasks to your reporting head.
  • Proactively identifying and providing recommendations on the performance of the content and their engagement.
  • Creating strategies to increase online traffic, generate leads, remarketing strategies for the clients growth.
  • Designing and overseeing the different aspects of the digital marketing department, which includes emails, creating and maintaining database, displays, and advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and manage various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora, Pinterest, Google, Reddit etc.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Tracking the conversions and improving the percentages and numbers.
  • Improving the user experience on the companys website which includes design, content and usability.
  • Prepare accurate reports and analyse the performance of the marketing campaigns. Accordingly, they should take action after understanding what went wrong.
  • Coordinate with different departments to improve the overall results.
  • Manage, train and supervise the rest of the team.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies emerging in the market. They should also respond to them quickly.
  • Evaluate the important metrics which affect the traffic website, target audience, and service quotas.
  • Work with the team daily to brainstorm innovative and new growth strategies.
  • Manage and oversee all different contests, digital projects, and giveaways properly.
  • Collecting and Evaluating customer feedback data regularly.
  • Evaluating competitors Digital Marketing strategies, creating plans and providing suggestions to perform better.
  • Review and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and advise on opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, then onboard and train new operational employees if required.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of all operational employees by directing members of the team to meet company goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage employee performance and assists employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring, training, skill development, and administering performance reviews.
  • Ability to be collaborate with cross-functional peers, managers, subordinates, and partners to achieve business results.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in marketing major or a relative field is a must having certificates/ Courses in digital marketing field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Account Manager role.
  • Needs to be experienced with Google ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads etc.
  • Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels and experience with online marketing tools, in-depth knowledge of different social media platforms, website analytics, and best practices.
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
  • Good at problem-solving, writing skills and has great analytical skills
  • Highly creative in work, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry and technologies in the market.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
