Job Description:- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support.- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with the other internal team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals.- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on key metrics.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the industrial automation industry preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of automation systems, process control, and related technologies.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with different levels, including C-Levels, of the customer organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.- Proficiency in Microsoft Offices
Preferably with Knowledge in NetSuite System or accounting software
- Willing to work on flexible time setup.
