DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- He/she will be responsible for growing customer relationships, identifying new customers, and preparing tailored solutions based on accurate customer information. The Account Management Officer will be collaborating with internal teams in preparing proposals and quotations, and handling inquiries to ensure accurate and timely shipments. He/she is expected to meet production targets, manage the sales pipeline, assist in maintaining digital customer service platforms, meet KPI's, and comply with company policies.
Graduate of a four-year business-related course
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service, account management, or sales international freight forwarding, logistics, courier, or similar service industries
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Google Suite- Communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
