We are looking for an Account Manager to join the Premier Wash team.
Description:
-Manage and handle product listings, promotions, and product information on our e-commerce platform.
- Communicate with customers and respond to their inquiries in various social media platform in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure great customer satisfaction by responding to comments, resolving issues, and providing accurate product information.
- Establish and execute strategies for promotions, marketing, and sale operations to meet business goals.
- Establish product information, pricing, and availability across different social media platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
-Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Proven track record of implementing effective sales and promotional strategies.
