Reports to the Account Manager and mostly responsible for the project management of a full and effective advertising campaigns together with the Account Manager- Responsible for client servicing and client acquisition
Serves as the link between the advertising agency and the client and ensures client satisfaction
- Meets and liaises with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
Presents (alongside agency colleagues - particularly the Account Manager) the campaign proposals- Works with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
Negotiates with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
- Writes client reports or minutes of the meeting
Monitors the effectiveness of campaigns and undertakes administrative task- Makes and participates in advertising pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency
Engage in assigned special projects, from initial planning to actual implementation.
