Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our team at The Lalit Goa. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with our clients, managing their accounts, and driving sales. This is a full-time position based in Goa, Albay, Philippines, with an emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients to expand our customer base.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
