JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Initiate prospecting activities (online and offline) to find Local Government Units (LGUs) who will be needing consultancy services to help them effectively craft and execute strategic projects to help the different sectors of the community.
Schedule exploratory meetings with boutique developers to identify their needs for sustainable real estate services.- Maintain CRM system with accurate customer data and information about their needs and requirements as regards commercial leasing and advisory.
Effectively address concerns of existing clients in order to ensure excellent experience.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers to present our services and/or developments.
Craft and negotiate proposals or contracts that are aligned with the prospect's needs and track the deal down to closing.- Report weekly status of active leads and activities to the Operations Head and COO.
- Graduate of Business Administration, Commerce or Real Estate Management.
- 2. Must have a minimum of two to three-year experience in B2B and B2C sales.
3. Must have a background in real estate whether commercial, residential or advisory.
- 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Deploys critical thinking in accomplishing daily tasks and responsibilities.- 6. Must have a history of success in hitting monthly and annual targets.
