Position Title: Account Executive - Mature DistributionAs an Account Executive in the mature distribution segment, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients in well-established markets. Your primary objective will be to maximize revenue opportunities, drive customer satisfaction, and identify expansion opportunities within the current client base.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in mature distribution channels.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and relationship management.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure alignment with client objectives and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Revenue Growth and Account Expansion:
- Identify opportunities to expand product/service offerings within existing client accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and customer support to develop customized solutions that address client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contract renewals, pricing adjustments, and upsell opportunities to maximize account value.
Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments within mature distribution channels.
Identify emerging opportunities and potential threats to existing client relationships.
- Develop strategic account plans and action plans to capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate risks.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue quotas, and KPIs set for the mature distribution segment.
Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts accurately using CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities within the mature distribution channel.
Customer Advocacy and Satisfaction:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, recommendations, and best practices to help them achieve their business objectives.
Advocate for client needs and priorities within the organization, ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivery of exceptional service.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) analysis.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record of success in account management or sales roles, preferably within mature distribution channels.
- Strong understanding of distribution dynamics, supply chain management, and retail operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
