Job Description

Account Executive - Sales

Key responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Actively seek potential partners/clients using a variety of strategies, including saturation, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Relationship Building:
Engage in preliminary discussions with potential partners/clients, laying the groundwork for more formal negotiations.
  • Take qualified leads and cultivate relationships with architects and interior design partners, leveraging these connections to secure signed contracts.
Sales Strategy:
  • Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling, introducing alternative and complementary products to enhance the value proposition for clients.
Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with partners/clients, ensuring a comprehensive and up-to-date database.
Contract Management:
  • Monitor and coordinate the accurate and timely production and delivery of contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and nurture partner/client relationships, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

Qualifications:
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Initiative and Flexibility:
Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, independence, and flexibility, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in sales is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Negotiation Skills:
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Relationship Management:
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with partners/clients and stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge:
Working knowledge of the high-end furniture or real estate market in the Philippines is a plus.
