Account Executive - SalesKey responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Actively seek potential partners/clients using a variety of strategies, including saturation, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Engage in preliminary discussions with potential partners/clients, laying the groundwork for more formal negotiations.
- Take qualified leads and cultivate relationships with architects and interior design partners, leveraging these connections to secure signed contracts.
Sales Strategy:- Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling, introducing alternative and complementary products to enhance the value proposition for clients.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with partners/clients, ensuring a comprehensive and up-to-date database.
Contract Management:- Monitor and coordinate the accurate and timely production and delivery of contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and nurture partner/client relationships, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.- Initiative and Flexibility:
Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, independence, and flexibility, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Skills and Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in sales is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with partners/clients and stakeholders. Working knowledge of the high-end furniture or real estate market in the Philippines is a plus.
