Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Create and increase market share of territory handled for ABC. Establish a good working relationship with clients for business continuity and sustainability of the Company by adhering to ABC guidelines.
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
SALES ACTIVITIES

  • a. Ensure to meet individual target and be aware of teams monthly goals

  • b. Monitor monthly performance of all accounts handled

  • c. Maximizing coverage of existing and new accounts in the assigned territory through cold calls, face to face meetings, product presentations and telemarketing

  • d. Ability to negotiate and collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and create growth for both ABC and clients to achieve desired sales results.

  • e. Closely monitor all prospect accounts (hotels and OCS segment) whose contracts will expire within 3 months with competitors and ensure that ABC will have the opportunity to bid

  • f. Set regular meetings especially with key accounts to ensure clients needs are attended to in a timely manner and for them to avoid searching for another provider

  • g. Must be accountable for the total requirements and concerns of accounts and dealers handled such as service, delivery and on-hold status challenges

  • h. Attend trade shows and customer events
  • ACCOUNTING RELATED TASKS:

  • a. Completion of billing process per account for submission and coordination with Accounting department

  • b. Assist Accounting in weekly collection from key accounts and overdue accounts

  • c. Ensure to reduce accounts receivables and past due accounts
  • B. SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
  • ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

  • a. Preparation of proposals and bid documentations

  • b. Monitor that hotels, OCS, and dealer's contracts are all signed, updated and notarized. Copies of which must be submitted and received by Accounting via log sheet

  • c. Establish required alignment meetings with departments concerned based on client's target timelines to have a smooth execution of project and achieve customer satisfaction

  • d. Timely reporting and recording of all sales activities via viber chat and weekly presentation during sales meetings

  • e. Upon implementation of new automation system, encoding and updating of pertinent information per client should be done on a daily/weekly basis
  • OTHERS:
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines and regulations while working, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the area assigned
Perform other duties that may be assigned at any given time
  • Can be relocated on a temporary basis as the need arises
  • III. QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Attainment: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management and Marketing or any related field
Work Experience: at least 2 years related experience in field work (preferred) /Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Skills: Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Flexibility to work demands. Knowledge in MS Office and Google Apps.
With a valid driver's license and at least 1 year of driving experience to perform the job safely (preferred)
Attention to Detail: Must be keen to details, organized and target drivenCommunication: Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
  • With pleasing personality and can easily collaborate with other teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
  • Professional driver's license (Preferred)
