About QuadX

Founded in 2015, QuadX is a leading e-commerce logistics company in the Philippines. We're the company behind GogoXpress (an online payment and delivery tool for social sellers) and ShippingCart (a cross-border shipping service connecting the US, Korea, Japan, and UK to the Philippines and Malaysia).

Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Executive located in Pasig, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify sales opportunities, and meet sales targets. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service for . This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

What You'll Do:

Research the Market: Find out where to sell and what customers need to help with Retail sales and operations.
Find New Sales Opportunities: Look for new clients through networking, cold calls, and by staying updated on retail and eCommerce trends.
Grow and Manage Clients: Build and maintain a list of customers, find ways to increase sales, and expand services to meet or exceed budget goals.
Schedule Meetings and Business Reviews: Set up meetings with potential and current clients to discuss growth and how to meet or exceed budget targets.
Prepare Presentations: Create and present information about our products and services.
Create Reports: Regularly review and report on sales and financial data.
Coordinate Projects: Work with others to resolve client issues, onboard new accounts, and manage projects.
Attend Events: Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
Negotiate Deals: Close sales, handle complaints, and address objections.
Collaborate with the Team: Work with colleagues to achieve better results.
Follow Organizational Plans: Implement company strategies and action plans.
Gather and Share Feedback: Collect feedback from customers and share it with the team.

What You'll Need:

At least 4 years of proven experience in Business Development / Account Management / Partnerships.
Comes with direct network and experience in the logistics tech space.
A self-starter and motivated individual with a can't-is-not-an-option attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills with good analytical skills.
A problem-solver who's not discouraged by failure or mistakes.
Must be able to multitask under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy of the work.
Driven to be part of the process of building a successful business in a startup environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
Alignment with QUADX's core values and enthusiasm for the company's mission.
