The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the system office and modular cabinetry industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the system office and modular cabinetry industry.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the system office and modular cabinetry industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams, including design, operation, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the system ( ERP)- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for senior management.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support throughout the sales process.- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the system office and modular cabinetry industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
In-depth understanding of the system office and modular cabinetry industry.
- Knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Full-time position.
- Occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs.

Pay: Php20,- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
