The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions of the company. This includes maintaining accurate records of all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
Maintain and update financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Perform daily data entry of financial transactions and ensure accurate recording in accounting software.
Prepare and issue invoices to clients.- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
Process payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain records of all tax-related documents and transactions.- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against the budget and provide variance analysis.
- Monitor and control company expenses to ensure they are within budget.
Process and verify employee expense claims.- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide financial information to management for decision-making purposes.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
