Role Description
The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the Sales Managers in outreach, proposal creation, client communication, and the overall sales process. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and documentation of all activities, from lead generation to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Outreach
- Conduct cold calls and cold emails to generate potential client leads.
- Endorse qualified leads to Sales Managers and schedule meetings between the Sales Managers and prospects.
Client Meetings
- Attend and shadow Sales Managers during client meetings.
- Document client requests, inquiries, and other relevant details for follow-up actions.
Briefing / Proposal
- Maintain accurate documentation of all discussions in platforms such as Basecamp and email.
- Monitor the status and progress of client proposals, keeping track of important deadlines.
- Stay available on communication platforms to relay information promptly to Sales Managers.
- Assist in creating Cost Estimates (CE), case studies, and conducting any additional research required for the client.
- Request sign-offs from Sales Managers on proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.
Closing
- Assist in the creation of Advertising Insertion Order (AIO) documents to formalize client agreements.
- Ensure proper endorsement of closed deals to Client Services (CS) for project onboarding.
- Handle client accreditation processes to finalize partnerships and agreements.
Overall Sales Support
- Prepare and quality-check sales materials, presentations, and proposals for clients to ensure accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Perform tasks related to maintaining and updating the client directory
- Assist Sales Managers with documentation tasks, updating project details in Basecamp or other project management tools.
- Manage and process client billings, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely follow-up with finance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, client-facing roles, or digital marketing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Basecamp).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
