BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for aBusiness Development Specialist/Account Executiveto be part of our team.
He/She will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with new & existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
He/She will be involves market research, lead generation, proposal development, and sales activities aimed at expanding the company's client base and enhancing revenue streams.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
He/She shall perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the BPO sector.
Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop strategic business plans.
Identify target markets and potential clients by understanding their outsourcing needs.
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's criteria for potential clients.
Develop and implement strategies to engage potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Cold Calling
Spend a significant portion of time making cold calls to potential clients.
Skillfully persuade receptionists or gatekeepers to transfer calls to the leads.
Engage leads in meaningful conversations, maintaining a professional and persuasive approach to secure meetings.
E-mail Skills
Write effective cold emails to spark interest in our services.
Respond to client emails in a professional and persuasive manner.
Aim to generate interest and schedule meetings through email communication.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Sales and Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize business growth.
Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to develop and implement business development strategies.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align business objectives and client expectations.
Networking and Representation
Develop a strong professional network within the BPO industry.
Stay updated on industry developments and trends to enhance business development strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not a requirement.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the BPO industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of the BPO industry and outsourcing trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
Personal Attributes: Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
High level of integrity and business ethics.
Willing to work on US Time zone (night/graveyard shifts)
Twice a week working from home
Thrice a week on sitein Tower 1, Robinsons Business Center, Ortigas, Pasig.
