What you'll do:
Manage assigned responsive leads using tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Gmail, and Guru.
Pick up and nurture responsive leads.
Provide accurate and timely counsel to leads regarding Hong Kong incorporation, corporate secretary services, tax regulations, accounting, and audit requirements.
Offer a thorough overview of Osome's software and processes to clients, setting clear expectations.
Follow up with leads according to the sales cadence, including calls, emails, and preferred communication channel.
Issue and diligently follow up on invoices to convert leads and facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.
Inform relevant stakeholders of new clients to ensure seamless processing and collaboration.
Who you are:
Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience.
Candidates must possess excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in the accounting and corporate services industry is advantageous.
Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Displays a willingness to learn and effectively utilise available resources.
Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM/Sales platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
