Job Description

About Us:

Ginger Event Styling is a leading events and venue design company that offers custom styling services for life's greatest celebrations. Founded by renowned event stylist and florist Ginger Gaddi, the company has consistently redefined weddings in the industry, having been behind some of the country's biggest nuptials for the past five years.

  • Tasks:
Attending to clients needs and developing relationships
  • Acquiring more clients through prospecting and canvassing
Coordinating internal tasks related to accounts to ensure clients receive products and services
  • Assisting new clients through any processes
Sustain strong relations with existing clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts and agreements with clients to ensure the satisfaction of both parties.


  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience of 2 years as an Account Executive or a similar sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of event styling trends is a plus.
Team player and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Willingness to travel across multiple locations to attend client meetings, industry events and conferences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php23,000.00 per month
