Attending to clients needs and developing relationships
- Acquiring more clients through prospecting and canvassing
Coordinating internal tasks related to accounts to ensure clients receive products and services- Assisting new clients through any processes
Sustain strong relations with existing clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate favorable contracts and agreements with clients to ensure the satisfaction of both parties.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience of 2 years as an Account Executive or a similar sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite.- Knowledge of event styling trends is a plus.
Team player and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Willingness to travel across multiple locations to attend client meetings, industry events and conferences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
