Who Are We Looking For
- Holder of a 4-year degree course, preferably related to Business Management, Marketing, and Economics.
- Exposure to Sales, Customer Service, and Cargo Operations for at least 3 years.
- Possesses management and leadership skills.
- Good in oral and written communications
- Knowledgeable in marketing or sales principles, concepts, and methodology.
- Ability to negotiate and develop business relationships.
- Computer literate

Promotion of the company's cargo products and services to cargo agents, freight forwarders, direct shippers, and government entities.
- Achievement of assigned contribution to revenue, tonnage, and CLF targets
- Market Intelligence Gathering and analyzing OAL information on sales, pricing, market practices and conditions, operational developments, OAL incentives, service quality, operational enhancements, etc. The information should be relayed to the Cargo Sales Manager Domestic.
- Monitors daily loads and monthly agents production to ensure target achievement.
- Coordination with concerned station on matters relating to Inbound shipments of assigned agents.
