Job Description
Selling the company's range of products;
Cold canvass all establishments in the area to introduce and sell company's product lines;
Arranges and conducts demonstrations of the company's range of products;
Prepares request for quotation, proposals and necessary documents;
Closes sale and monitor collection/payments;
Coordinate delivery and installation of the equipment and training of the customer's end-user;
Maintains rapport with clients even after sales to enhance harmonious business relationship thereby encouraging more sales for future requirement;
Attend to existing client's needs, requests, complaints, concern, etc. and be able to refer them to concerned personnel/department for immediate attention;
Prepare daily itineraries and sales activities report for Management;
Participates in Sales Meetings, Sales Training Sessions, and Exhibits as required;
Study latest product information and market conditions;
Continually update product knowledge ;
Continually study and improve Sales Techniques/Strategies;
Maintain a professional image at all times by properly observing the sales SOP; and
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager.
