Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.- Manage sales pipeline efficiently, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless client experience.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and progress towards targets for management review.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and articulate solutions effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
Experience in Mobile Electronics is a plus.- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
