Conduct account visits and/or telemakrting og consumables to existing machine in the field- Monitor consumptions patterns/buying habitsof each account and analyze discrepancy/ies from ideal or standard usage
consistently follow-up existing clients need for consumables and have the items delivered at the soonest time possible
- Check machines performance at least once a month visit to client
Assist clients in their sales service related concerns and coordinate them to concerned department- Updates of database of existing installations
Attend and participate in all sales related meetings
- Comply with the company policies on orders, credit terms and deliveries
Prepare a customized proposal base on the data gathered
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.- Willing to travel for service Calls/ Field Work
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
