Job Description
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs and objectives.- Serve as the primary point of contact and build a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts.
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Generate new leads through networking and referrals.
Understand the competitive landscape and market trends to position solutions effectively.- Develop account plans to achieve sales targets and deliver on customer needs.
Coordinate with internal teams (such as sales support, customer success, and product development) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to meet client needs.- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
Track and report sales performance metrics.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, preferably in a B2B environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field is often preferred.
B2B sales with Government Agency experience
- Knows PhilGEPS (Philippines Government Electronic Procurement System)
Willingness to travel (if required by the role).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
