Maintenance of Airline/ Shipping Line Rates.
- Conducts sales calls to prospective clients within the assigned areas.
Prepares sales proposals/quotations for prospective clients based on their requirements and in accordance (with the airline/shipping line rate sheets. _Fills up specifications in the Quotation / Rate Sheet Form such as Terms and Mode of Payment, Service, Packaging, and Commodity. Tin number of new account/customer should be included on the conformed copy of quotation)_
- Acceptance of goods/cargo shipments
Visits customers on a regular basis, or as needed, to attend to their other requirements and to follow up on their shipments.- Receives call/ proforma booking from customers indicating their carrier preference for the shipment.
