Account Distribution Manager:Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Account Distribution Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within their assigned region, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for the region.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and productivity.- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers within the region, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including new accounts, distribution channels, and market segments, to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Sales Forecasting and Planning: Forecast sales volumes, analyze market trends, and monitor competitor activity to inform sales planning and resource allocation.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, market share, and profitability, and take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.- Channel Management: Manage distribution channels effectively, ensuring optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising in retail outlets and other sales channels.
Promotional Activities: Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, trade promotions, and marketing campaigns to support sales objectives and brand visibility.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional sales budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve business goals while maintaining profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, supply chain, finance, and senior management, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and priorities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a regional or territory management role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales plans.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business outcomes.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
