The primary responsibility of the Account Care Specialist is to deliver consistent, timely, customer care. This person will manage projects with a keen sense of urgency while simultaneously demonstrating clear attention to detail.
- Must have excellent phone and customer service skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. `
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Word, typing, and filing.
- Must have excellent attendance and flexibility to work extra hours as needed.
- Capable of learning new software programs.
- The following qualifications are a plus:
Understand designs, architectural, cabinetry and shop sketches / drawings.
Capable of calculating square footage, linear footage, and able to work with fractions.
Able to multitask, learn and retain knowledge of stone fabrication.
