About this opportunity:
We are seeking an Access Control Administrator-RPA R&A who can oversee the password management of robots, be a good fit for robotic process automation in a round-the-clock work environment, validate end-user access requests in accordance with predetermined guidelines, and oversee first-line support for business end users.
What you will do:
Validate robot password requests and maintain it in the Blue Prism application on a 24/7 work arrangement.
Provide expert guidance and information to stakeholders on Robotics Process Automation (RPA) password credential management.
Initiate password administration services from application operations suppliers (IBM, TCS & HP) and manage potential escalation of service
Maintain support information published on official support sites
Perform internal security controls and monitoring
1st line support troubleshooting for SAP IT access roles: verify that the end-user has relevant system roles and other (system specific) relationships, based on user's organizational assignment, job role, and tasks.
Provide expert guidance and information to stakeholders on SAP R&A processes e.g user administration processes, incident and support handling processes etc.
Qualifications
Must hold a bachelor's degree, preferably Information Technology.
With at least 5yrs of experience working as an IT Administrator
Familiarity in Blue Prism or any RPA Software / Tools
Experience with using or administering ERPs like SAP (a plus)
User access management and administration experience.
Reports automation via MS Excel/Visual Basic.
Basic MS Access background.
Familiar with reporting methodologies.
