Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree graduate in behavioral or business-related courses
2. At least 2 years of related work experience
3. Exemplary in all administrative and clerical skills and practices
   Outstanding knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.)
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Highly dependable, trustworthy, and service-oriented
6. Interpersonal and customer service skills
7. High level of integrity

Job Description/Summary

1. Handles all detailed tasks such as enrollment, course offerings scheduling, and classroom assignments
2. Monitors the students performance evaluation
3. Collaborates with the Department Chairs in designing and preparing course checklists and course profile forms.
4. Prepares statistical and other related data.
5. Attends meetings on enrollment-related matters
6. Implements University policies and procedures concerning academic-related matters
7. To do all other tasks that are germane to the
   position.
