Role Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about mobile app growth and are ready to kickstart your career in a role that blends strategy with creativity, we want to hear from you.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential customers, nurturing leads, and helping our sales team close deals. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for creating a positive first impression, understanding their needs and building rapport.
This role will require you to demonstrate a strong understanding of the mobile app advertising ecosystem and the ability to provide analysis and support to our global sales team. You will help the sales team qualify leads, moving them into and through the sales funnel, and setting up sales qualified appointments. A successful candidate will join the marketing team and report to the Sales Development Manager. The position has the potential for growth and advancement if you demonstrate talent, commitment, and success. This position is located in Manila and entails reporting to the office.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and qualification.
Develop and maintain a database of leads, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Set up discovery calls and proactively reach out to potential customers and qualify them through BANT.
Handle prospect objections and answer high-level questions during discovery calls.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, campaigns, and campaign metrics.
Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential customers.
Work with the marketing team to develop and maintain email templates, content, and subject lines to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze outbound metrics to refine future campaigns.
Provide regular updates on campaign performance and lead quality.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition.
Maintain a positive and persistent attitude when faced with rejection or challenges during a call.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective handoffs of qualified leads.
Ensure compliance with data management and security policies.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales development, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful lead generation, cold calling and email marketing campaigns.
Creative seller - driven to learn and adjust tactics based on successful results
Strong understanding of sales prospecting, email marketing best practices and campaign optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in sales prospecting software (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactively stay up-to-date on the mobile advertising ecosystem, clients businesses, and competitive landscape to develop insightful strategic and creative concepts.
This role will closely work with teams in various timezones and will require flexibility in work hours.
