Job Purpose
- Technical and Energy Audit
- 1 Ensure that site equipment preventive maintenance program are properly implemented.
- 2 Ensure that AC unit, site equipment / facilities are in good condition and efficiently running.
- 3 Prepare AC equipment and facilities assessment and recommend for its efficient operation.
- Maintenance and Project Management
- 1 Actively participates in AC troubleshooting, testing and commissioning, and repair activities.
- 2 Familiarize with site equipment and facilities operations.
- 3 Assist contractor of the project manage by the company.
- 4 Conduct regular inspection and of sites technical project.
- 5 Ensure that the Quarterly AC Maintenance program are completed.
- 1 Conduct research and feasibility studies on site and contractor/s proposal specially for new equipment enhancement and new technologies.
- 2 Conduct studies on AC equipment and building technical operations enhancement.
- Fire and Safety Protection
- 1 Prepare and implement fire safety standard and procedures for the property.
- 2 Ensure safety policies are properly implemented.
- 3 Regularly check safety equipment, gadget and fire hazards.
- 1 Other activities to be implemented by the immediate supervisor and Manager
